Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated confirmation of your entry. Please allow up to two weeks for your Technical Assistance Center to contact with you next steps.
California PBIS is no longer accepting submissions for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that Readiness Forms closed on February 6, 2026, and will reopen Fall 2026.

Certification Training
