Where will the conference be located?

What is the registration cost to attend the 2024 California PBIS Conference?

Three-Day ticket (Pre-Conference + General Conference) = $600
Two-Day ticket (General Conference ONLY) = $450

Can I attend the Pre-Conference only?

No. To attend the pre-conference, you must purchase the three-day pass.

How do I register a group?

The conference platform allows for registration of up to 10 people at once. A unique email address must be entered for EACH ticketholder. This will also ensure proper access to the Whova app once published.

I registered for the wrong ticket and would like to make a change. How do I do that?

Please submit your request to info@pbisca.org.

How do I pay for the registration cost?

You may pay by credit card through the online registration system. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

When does registration close?

September 13, 2024 at 11:59PM or when we are sold out. We expect tickets to sell out as they have in years past. Interested attendees should register as soon as possible.

Are you going to add more tickets or open a waitlist for those who are unable to register before tickets sell out?

It is our goal to accommodate everyone interested in attending, however, in compliance with Safe Credit Union Convention Center capacity regulations, there is a limit to the total number of attendees permitted. Should tickets sell out before the registration close date and space allows, we will make more tickets available. There will be no waitlist option.

How do I obtain a receipt for my registration?

The confirmation email sent by Whova will serve as your receipt should you need one. Please save this email for your records.

How do I access the conference on Whova? How do I sign up for a Whova account?

View this guide for step-by-step instructions. All attendees will be automatically added to the conference on Whova using the email address provided at the time of registration. California PBIS will provide an access code for attendees who are not automatically added as the event nears.

How do I access a copy of the schedule?

Once published, the schedule will be available to attendees via the Whova app or our Conference webpage.

Will recordings of sessions be available?

No, we will not be recording the sessions. However, the session documents will be available on the registration app.

Are meals included in registration?

A light continental breakfast will be provided each morning.

Can I earn CEU credits for attending?

We will be offering Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) continuing education hours for presentations that meet the board’s continuing education requirements. Information will be provided at the conference.
