Yes. Attendees who wish to participate in the pre-conference MUST purchase a 3-day ticket for the session they wish to attend. Session capacity is limited and we encourage you to purchase your ticket early.

No. Breakout sessions will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis and will have limited occupancy. Adding a session to your personalized agenda on the Whova app does not guarantee admission. We encourage you to arrive early to sessions you are particularly excited about.

If you have the opportunity to review the agenda before the conference, we strongly encourage you to add sessions to your personalized agenda. This helps California PBIS better gauge session popularity. While we cannot guarantee adjustments based on attendee interest, we will do our best to accommodate demand.

Here are the steps to add a session to your personalized agenda on Whova:

  1. Click on the agenda on the bottom of the mobile app.
  2. Scroll through all the sessions for each day and switch between days by clicking on individual dates at the top of the agenda.
  3. To add sessions to your personal agenda, find the calendar icon on the right side of the session and click the calendar icon.
  4. You can now go to your personal agenda by clicking "My Agenda" at the top of the screen next to "Full Agenda."
  5. You can now view the sessions that you selected and will be automatically organized by the date and time. You can easily unselect any session to remove it from your personal agenda.

No, we will not be recording the sessions. However, session materials that speakers provide will be available on the Whova app.
