To access the Readiness Form for your Technical Assistance Center, click the region number corresponding to your county.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated confirmation of your entry. Please allow up to two weeks for your Technical Assistance Center to contact you with next steps.
The ACER 3.0 Readiness Form for the 2026-2027 school year is now available. California PBIS will accept ACER 3.0 Readiness Form submissions through February 17, 2027.
